Welcome! We are so stoked to move and groove with you in the studio. Here’s a little bit about what to expect before your first class!

Show up early! Arrive no later than 10 minutes before your first class so we can get you acquainted with the space, your instructor, and any equipment you may need for the day. Be sure to let us know if you have any restrictions or injuries.

Wear something comfy that you can get sweaty in!

Bring clean sneakers for Dance or Trampoline cardio, no need for Barre, unless that makes you comfy. Grippy socks can be worn for Barre if you’d like, but not required.

Hydrate! We’ll have a refilling station for you, but encourage you to bring water too!
